the project
The Challenge
Kedoo required a Kubernetes infrastructure in an on-premise environment due to strict data protection requirements. Public cloud usage was not an option. The cluster needed to be:
- Highly available
- Capable of handling extreme workloads
- Ready for CI/CD integration for automated microservices deployment
Our Solution
The Cloudzen team designed and deployed several on-prem Kubernetes clusters across different geographic regions. Key components included:
- Multi-tier architecture: environments for development, staging, and production (with two locations for fault tolerance)
- Rancher: for cluster management and RBAC
- CI/CD pipelines: for automated microservices deployment
- Log collection and monitoring: centralized logging agents and Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
- Integration: with version control systems and Git-based pipelines
The result
All goals were successfully achieved. The clusters operate stably under heavy load and fully comply with security and availability requirements.
